Having a smart shortcut around handling (and double handling) paperwork is crucial for people in the recruitment industry who handle large volumes of documents on a daily basis, such as contracts, offer letters and candidate profile forms.
HelloSign helps business get documents turned around faster and better manage documents that require multiple signatures. Recruiters can gather signatures from up to 20 different people on the same document with HelloSign and once complete, a copy of the document is emailed to each person.
JobAdder users can use HelloSign to complete all recruitment documentation efficiently and ensure their candidates and contacts do the same. Documents that require a signature can be sent right from the Placement record in JobAdder and are then securely stored there once signing is complete.
