Sorry I made a mistake

Everybody makes mistakes but some people are better at saying sorry than others.
We have a policy here at JobAdder that when we make mistakes we admit them and we apologise. If possible we also fix it immediately. We know we make mistakes and we know we will make more in future but it is important for our customers and partners to know that if we do cock up we will own up to it. This is not always an easy thing to do but it is easier than being perfect.
